www.citimartdelivery.com.ph is Citimart’s online delivery store made for customers to shop groceries easily online. Customers can select their items by browsing on our website then either pick their order in the store or have their order delivered to their home through a third party logistics partner. They can pay during pick-up, cash on delivery or online using their VISA/Mastercard credit card/debit card (Swipe on Delivery)
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions hereinafter provided, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced in this page or by external links. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. It is understood that you represent that you are at least eighteen years of age.

We cannot guarantee the accurate display of our products as images may be affected by lighting and monitor display. While we endeavour to provide all available specifications of the products, we do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Services will be corrected.
LIMITATIONS IN SALE
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
The total price of your purchase, including delivery fees, processing fees, and/or other charges, shall be displayed on the website when you place your order. Minimum rate of delivery charge is posted and will vary according to location.
You are allowed to make additional purchases aside from the goods that you have checked out. In such instances, the additional purchases shall not be displayed on the website but a confirmation of the purchase shall be made by SMS or email, and the price thereof shall be paid on delivery or pick-up, as the case may be.
We accept payment in cash, credit card, or debit card payments in-store for items purchased through this Website. Credit card payments shall be processed by _______. For payment using credit card or debit card, you warrant that the credit card or debit card details that you provide are for your own credit and that you have sufficient funds to make the payment.
MODES OF DELIVERY
You have the following options in receiving your purchases:
1.Delivery to the address you submitted to us.
This will subject your purchases to delivery charges. Note that delivery may be through third-party logistics courier services and may be limited depending on the availability of such delivery providers, road traffic, and proximity. Purchase of certain items may likewise be limited to avoid food waste, and the like. Note also that we shall not be liable for any loss, damage or failure to deliver on account of your failure to provide accurate and complete address and/or instructions, or on account of restrictions of ingress and egress relative to community quarantines in place.
2.Store Pickup at your chosen physical store and/or branch.
Note that all purchase orders ready for pick up shall be confirmed through SMS or email. It is understood that customers shall provide proof of identity and purchase order number upon pick-up of the goods.
FAILURE TO PAY
In the event that a customer failed to make any payment using the methods identified above, we shall suspend and/or cancel delivery and/or deny collection of the goods until payment is made in full. It is understood that, in the interim, no reservation of the goods shall be made in favor of the customer.
Returns/Exchanges must be requested and done at our physical store. Only returns and exchanges made in accordance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations shall be honored.
REASONABLE USE OF ACCOUNT
It is understood that the maintenance of an Account in this website shall be for reasonable use hereof alone. Where fraudulent or wrongful use of an Account is detected or suspected, we reserve the right to have the sole discretion, without liability, and without prejudice to our other rights and remedies under this Terms to cancel any outstanding orders placed through such Account(s), to cancel or invalidate any outstanding credits or discount vouchers, rewards or codes awarded to or used by such Account(s), to prohibit such Account(s) from participating in any promotions, contests or surveys; to cause the outright termination such Account(s).
All information and content available on the Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, service marks, features, functions, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software, and the compilation and organization thereof (collectively, the "Content") are our property or the property of our parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or licensors, and are protected by local and international laws, including laws governing copyrights and trademarks.

YOU AGREE THAT YOUR SOLE REMEDY, IF ANY, IS FROM THE MANUFACTURER OR SUPPLIER OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH SUCH MANUFACTURER'S OR SUPPLIER'S WARRANTY, OR TO SEEK A RETURN, REFUND, OR EXCHANGE FOR SUCH PRODUCTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONSUMER ACT OF THE PHILIPPINES AND ITS IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS.
It is understood that we shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from causes over which we do not have control or is beyond our control. Such causes include, but are not limited to (i) the failure of electronic or mechanical equipment or communication lines; (ii) bugs, errors, configuration problems or the incompatibility of computer hardware or software; (iii) the failure or unavailability of Internet access; (iv) unauthorized access, theft or operator error; (v) war, insurrection, riot, civil commotion, act of God, accident, fire, water damage, explosion, power interruption, strike or other stoppage of labor; (vi) any law, decree, regulation or order of any government or government body.
